FAQs
How do I register?
• Navigate to patternmarketplace.3m.com and click the Register button.
• Fill out the required information on the registration form and click the Register Button. For current 3M Pattern Solution Center users, please use the email address associated with your PSC account.
• A notification screen will display asking you to verify your email address. Access your email inbox and look for an email from 3mpatternmarketplace@mmm.
• Click on the account activation link in the email. We recommend clicking on the email from your computer as you will be redirected to the Pattern Marketplace.
• Enter your log-in credentials (email and password you entered when creating an account). Your account with the Pattern. Marketplace has now been set up!

Can I upload/convert PSC.mmmfiles?
Yes. Once you have a registered log in for 3M™ Pattern Marketplace you can log in and click on the left navigation to “Convert PSC Pattern”.
Which plotters will work with Pattern Marketplace?
See the list of compatible plotter devices that 3M™ Pattern Marketplace is compatible with to ensure a smooth set up and cutting experience. The 3M Technical Support team will continue to help support many other plotter brands that use HPGL, GPGL or other communication languages but there is no guarantee for a successful set up experience.
Additionally, based on the plotter connection type used (USB, Network, Bluetooth, Serial, Serial to USB, other/unknown) there still may be technical troubleshooting required to finalize the cutting experience. We recommend setting up the Cut Agent and your plotter(s) when you register on the site to determine plotter compatibility. The 3M Technical Support team will continue to add new devices as the device testing is completed and functionality is verified. Contact Support for any Cut Agent and plotter set up or technical questions. The support team can be reached via email, phone, or using the support form.
What will happen to PSC? Can I keep my account?
PSC is no longer active and is in the process of migrating all users to the new and improved 3M Pattern Marketplace software. All accounts will be deactivated Summer of 2024.
