Returns

No product may be returned without prior written approval from Accent. You must obtain a return authorization before making a return. To qualify for a return, the product must have been purchased directly from Accent and must be a standard and available product (meaning not discontinued) at the time of the return. No special or custom orders will be accepted under any circumstances. 

All partial roll sales are final.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.  To start a return, you can contact us @ 941-922-5268. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 4123 Clark Road, Sarasota, FL, 34233, United States. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Only products in original, unopened 3M boxes may be returned. No broken cases may be returned. For each box returned, Customer agrees to pay a 15% restocking fee.

Any product return will result in a credit to Customer’s account - there are no cash returns. The amount credited will never exceed the original amount invoiced.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately @ 941-922-5268 if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, such as special orders. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
